Pilchuck Mountain Road is closed at Heather Lake trailhead, Forest Service Road milepost 1.5, blocking access to Mt. Pilchuck Trail. Although clear at the gate, snow blocks the road a mile further up, causing vehicles to get stuck. Snow also covers the trail, putting hikers at risk for getting lost.Photo by Greg Rasar
